1. These terms establish the procedure for interaction between the zuhvala.com online store and customers of the zuhvala.com online store - individuals and legal entities who placed an order using the "Cart" service located on the test.zuhvala.com website (hereinafter referred to as the website).

2. The zuhvala.com online store sells and delivers goods throughout Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories.

3. The zuhvala.com online store sells goods wholesale and retail. The action of returning goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

4. By placing an order on the site, the client unconditionally agrees to follow these terms and confirms that he is familiar with them.

1. The client places the order by adding the product to the cart.

2. The order is considered to be placed properly if:

2.1. the client has filled in all the form fields that allow the client to be identified and contacted:

2.2.2. Full name/name;

2.2.3. address;

2.2.4. contact phone number;

2.2.5. preferred payment method (payment methods are listed in clause 5.1.);

2.2.6. preferred type of delivery of the product.

1. Upon receipt of the order, the manager of the online store test.zuhvala.com checks the availability of the goods and, if the order is placed in accordance with clause 2.2. of these terms and conditions, accepts the order and completes it for shipment.

2. From the moment the order is accepted by the online store test.zuhvala.com, the client has the right to refuse the order or make changes to the order (remove/add goods to the order, change the characteristics of the goods (color, size, quantity, etc.)). After payment of the invoice, deleting product items from the order is not allowed.

1. Employees of the online store test.zuhvala.com form the goods specified in the order. Orders with the status "Processed by the manager", formed and confirmed by 15-00, are sent the next day. In the event that you placed an order on a Sunday or a holiday, its formation is postponed to the first working day following the day of placing the order. The sender's city is Kremenchuk.

2. In the event of the absence of any product in the test.zuhvala.com online store,  the manager of the test.zuhvala.com online store may offer the client to replace the missing product with any other product. With the client's consent, another proposed product is added to the order, in case of disagreement, the order goes into the "Cancelled" status.

3. At the time of the end of the formation of the order, the manager of the test.zuhvala.com online store notifies the client of the order status and issues the client an invoice for payment, if the selected payment method corresponds to clause 5.1.2.
