RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Available only in Ukraine.
Returns are made via the Nova Poshta delivery service within 1-2 days from the moment of receipt.
After receiving the goods, our managers inspect them for wear or other damage.
Refunds are made to the card within 4-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the goods.
The product must be in a presentable condition, free from signs of wear, odors, and other damage. All tags must also be present.
