Certificate validity rules:
1. The certificate entitles the bearer to a one-time exchange for ZUHVALA brand products of equivalent value.
2. If the cost of the product is less than the face value of the certificate, the difference is not refundable.
3. If the certificate does not cover the cost of the product, the balance is payable.
4. The certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
5. The certificate is not refundable or exchangeable for an equivalent amount of money.
6. The certificate is sent only after full payment.
