Payment:
- Full payment for individual entrepreneurs
- Cash on delivery at the post office with a prepayment of 200 UAH*

According to the legislation of Ukraine on the protection of consumer rights, return/exchange is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt only if the product appearance, packaging and labels are preserved.
Return is not possible if:
• missing packaging or components of the product
• missing tag
• there are foreign odors (perfume, etc.)
• traces of cosmetics are detected
• there are signs of wearing or washing
In this case, the product is returned to the client according to the data specified in the order and at his expense.
The funds will be credited within 7 business days. The refund is made to the details from which the payment was made.
