According to the legislation of Ukraine on the protection of consumer rights, return/exchange is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt only if the product appearance, packaging and labels are preserved.
Return is not possible if:
• missing packaging or components of the product
• missing tag
• there are foreign odors (perfume, etc.)
• traces of cosmetics are detected
• there are signs of wearing or washing
In this case, the product is returned to the client according to the data specified in the order and at his expense.
The funds will be credited within 7 business days. The refund is made to the details from which the payment was made.

Delivery:
Delivery time: from 1 to 5 days.
Shipping is carried out after 17:30.
After sending the order, we will notify you of the invoice number (TTN) to your phone number.

Payment:
- Full payment for individual entrepreneurs
- Cash on delivery at the post office with a prepayment of 200 UAH*
* When choosing cash on delivery, the post office charges a commission of 20 UAH + 2% of the money transfer amount.
* If the post office refuses, the prepayment is not refundable.
